PLAN 1 – LETTING ONLY

 

The fee for this service is 9% of the gross rental income of the tenancy agreement. (Min. Fee £350.00). This fee will be deducted from the first month’s rent collected by us.

 

What do you get for the money?

This service plan will include:

 

• Marketing and advertising of the property, this includes accompanied viewings.
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreement
• Homelet Credit Search and Reference of each tenant over 18 years.
• Collection of Deposit and First months rent
• Placement of Deposit into Deposit Protection Service

 

PLAN 2 – LETTING & RENT COLLECTION

 

The fee for this service is 10% of the gross rental income of the tenancy agreement. There is an administration fee of £195.00, at the beginning of the agreement, which will be deducted from the first months rent.

 

This plan includes all the services for PLAN 1, plus:

 

• Collection of Rent every month.
• Monthly statement of account to Landlord, including the balance of rent paid.

 

 

PLAN 3 – FULL MANAGEMENT

 

The fee for this service is an introductory offer of 7% of the gross rental income of the tenancy agreement. There is also an Administration Fee of £195.00 at the beginning of the agreement, which will be deducted from the first months rent.

 

This product is the best value for money for all Landlords! The Full Management Service includes the entire PLAN 1, plus:

 

• Collection of Rent every month
• Monthly statement of account to Landlord, including the balance of rent paid.
• Monthly account of expenditure
• Inspection of the property every 12 weeks
